Assistance to home staging for the initial development of the property, continuous monitoring of the state of the property, management of maintenance interventions, reporting to the owner and payment of fees.
Cleaning and Linen
At the end of the season we will carry out a thorough inspection of your holiday home and send you a list of any necessary improvements or repairs. Before the start of the season, your vacation rental will be prepared based on your specifications. Our staff can also take care of jobs such as total cleaning of the house, outdoor spaces or cleaning curtains and carpets at the end of the season.
Check-in & Check-out
Reception of guests at the property, description of all functional aspects and delivery of the keys 24-hour assistance for the guest for the duration of the stay Check-out at the end of the stay and verification of the property.
Season changing check
​At the end of the season we will carry out a thorough inspection of your holiday home and send you a list of any necessary improvements or repairs. Before the start of the season, your vacation rental will be prepared based on your specifications. Our staff can also take care of jobs such as total cleaning of the house, outdoor spaces or cleaning curtains and carpets at the end of the season - these services are additional and will be charged separately.
